Why work out with somebody?
You're less likely to skip out on workouts and you're more likely to tackle intimidating moves and tough out those last few reps that you might have let slide if you were on your own.
You are also building a support group.
Partner training is a lot of fun!
Here at P2 Personal Training we have created many moves in a program designed for partners. With a partners you don't worry if one is more advanced than the other, you can work at different levels at the same time.
